There is no doubt, doing yoga is extremely helpful for our bodies and our overall health.
One of the reasons for this is that yoga poses are very natural body positions that increase the flow of oxygen, help lubricate the joints, and brings everything into a state of balance.
But the main problem in receiving the joy and relaxation these poses can provide is to relieve all the stress & tension in our muscles.
From another perspective, it’s known that alcohol relaxes people to the maximum, and according to yoga, one who’s in a relaxed “state” can easily do complicated yoga exercises.
